Candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation / SSC) from a recognized board under the respective State/Union Territory for the regional office applied.
Candidates must be undergraduates as on 01/01/2026 (so candidates who have already completed graduation are NOT eligible).
Language proficiency: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the local language of the state/region applied for.
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 25 years as on 01/01/2026
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India norms.
The selection involves two stages:
Online Written Examination – Objective type test
Language Proficiency Test (LPT) – Qualifying in nature, specific to the local language of the applied region
