Eastern Railway Sports Quota Recruitment 2025 – 50 Group C & D Posts
Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/01/2025.
No age relaxation (upper or lower) is permissible.
3. Pay Scale:
Category-1 (Level-4/Level-5): PB-1 (₹5200-20200) with Grade Pay ₹2400/2800 (Level-4 or Level-5 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC).
Category-2 (Level-2/Level-3): PB-1 (₹5200-20200) with Grade Pay ₹1900/2000 (Level-2 or Level-3 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC).
Category-3 (Level-1): PB-1 (₹5200-20200) with Grade Pay ₹1800 (Level-1 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC).
4. Eligibility Criteria:
Category-1 (Level-4/Level-5): Graduation or equivalent from a Government-recognized University/Institution.
Category-2 (Level-2/Level-3): Passed 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent from a Government-recognized Board/Council/Institution OR Passed Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship OR Passed 10th plus ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
Category-3 (Level-1): Passed 10th or equivalent OR ITI or equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
5. Minimum Sports Norms:
Category-1: Represented India in Olympic Games (Senior Category) or secured at least 3rd position in World Cup (Junior/Senior) or World Championships (Junior/Senior) or Asian Games (Senior) or Commonwealth Games (Senior).
Category-2: Represented India in World Cup (Junior/Senior) or World Championships (Junior/Senior) or Asian Games (Senior) or Commonwealth Games (Senior) OR at least 3rd position in Commonwealth Championships (Junior/Senior) or Asian Championships/Asia Cup (Junior/Senior) or South Asian Federation (SAF) Games (Senior) or USIC (World Railway) Championships (Senior) OR at least 3rd position in Senior/Youth/Junior National Championships OR at least 3rd position in National Games or All India Inter-University Championships OR 1st position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior).
6. Application Fee:
General/OBC: ₹500/- + Service Charges.
SC/ST/Women/Minorities/EBC: ₹250/- + Service Charges (refundable if appearing in trials).
